Our story

Every session, students walk North Gate, South Gate, and West Gate looking for a room. Photos on WhatsApp groups often do not match the lodge. Inspection fees change from agent to agent. Rent is quoted one way on the phone and another when you arrive.

Campus Crib is a listing site for student lodges around FUTA. We put the yearly rent, lodge type, and gate on the page before you chat anyone. Inspection through listings here is a flat ₦2,000.

• Show self-contains and shared rooms near FUTA gates, with rent written as a yearly figure.
• Connect you to the agent or landlord on WhatsApp from the listing.
• Help students who want a roommate post a short profile and browse others looking near the same gate.
• Keep Campus Market, Gigs, and Fix as later tools. Housing is what we run today.

We are not the landlord, and we do not collect your rent. The tenancy is between you and the person who owns or manages the lodge. We also do not replace going to see the room. If the place is not what you were shown, do not pay, and tell us.
