A verified lodge on Campus Crib has been reviewed against what students around FUTA actually need to know before they walk there.

What “verified” means here

The person listing the lodge is known to us, the location is tied to a gate (North, South, West, or another named area), and the yearly rent on the card is the figure they gave us. We also ask for current photos or a walk-through video.

What it does not mean

That NEPA or water will be stable every day. We show what the agent told us; you confirm on inspection.
That the room is still empty. Popular lodges near the gates go quickly at the start of session.
That Campus Crib has paid for or reserved the room for you.

If something is wrong

Tell us the listing and what did not match: rent, photos, or the agent asking for a higher inspection fee. Verified status can be removed. Repeat problems and we stop working with that agent.
