What we collect from students, agents, and landlords, and what we do with it.

Information we have

Account details you type in (name, campus, photo if you add one).
WhatsApp numbers on listings and roommate profiles.
Messages you send us for support or reports.
Basic site use: which pages load, on what kind of phone or computer. We are not running an advertising profile on you.

How we use it

To show lodges, run roommate matching, reach you about a listing or a report, and keep fake accounts off the site. We do not sell student lists to marketers.

When you tap WhatsApp on a listing, you leave our site and use WhatsApp’s own rules. The agent will see the number you chat from. Do not put your NIN, BVN, or card details in that chat.

Keeping data

Listings stay up while the lodge is offered. You can ask us to delete a roommate profile or an account by writing hello@campuscrib.ng. We may keep a short record of a report if we removed someone for safety reasons.
