You may browse lodges, contact agents, and use roommate matching. You must be honest on profiles and listings. You may not post lodges you cannot show, or student profiles that are not yours.

Rent, caution, agreement, keys, and repairs are between you and the landlord or agent. Campus Crib does not guarantee that a room is still free, that utilities will work, or that a tenancy will go smoothly.

The ₦2,000 inspection on a listing is paid to the agent when you see the lodge. It is not a payment to Campus Crib and it does not create a contract with us for the room.

We can take down listings and profiles that are false, abusive, or that ask students for extra inspection fees or rent through this site. We can refuse an agent who keeps doing that.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The lodges we list are in and around Akure, Ondo State.
