How it works

Start on the lodges page. Pick North Gate, South Gate, West Gate, or other areas around campus. Choose self-contain or non self-contain. Each card shows yearly rent and walking distance to the nearest gate.

You will see photos or a short video, amenities, and a breakdown of first-year costs: rent, caution, agreement, and the ₦2,000 inspection. Those extra charges are common around FUTA. Treat the figures on the page as what the agent quoted us. Confirm them when you inspect.

Use the WhatsApp button on the listing. Say which lodge you opened and when you can come. Do not send full rent or a large “commitment” over chat before you have seen the room.

Inspection is ₦2,000 for listings on Campus Crib. Pay that when you go to see the lodge, not as an online booking fee. If you take the room, you pay rent and other lodge fees to the landlord or their agent, not to Campus Crib.
