Report an issue

Use this if a listing, agent, or roommate profile is wrong, unsafe, or asking for money it should not.

What to send

  • The listing or profile link.
  • The agent’s name and WhatsApp number if you have them.
  • What happened, in plain terms: fake photos, extra inspection fee, lodge already occupied, harassment, or a roommate profile that is not a student.
  • Screenshots help. Do not send your bank details.

How to send it

WhatsApp 0810 000 0000 with “Report” at the top, or email hello@campuscrib.ng. We hide the listing while we check. If we cannot confirm it, it stays down.

Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, contact campus security or the police first. Write to us after you are safe so we can remove the people involved from the site.
